Eagle Shared Services Pty. Ltd. was founded in 2018 by Darren S. Ellis, who has over 30 years experience in Accounting, Management, I.T. Systems Design & Development and Shared Service delivery for groups and individual businesses. Darren has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and is a qualified CPA along with being a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management W.A. (FAIM) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Darren was the co-founder of Minfos a pharmacy POS and Dispense platform. After selling the business to Symbion in 2003 and a short break he started creating the Eagle Enterprise Solution as the next evolution in the pursuit of the ultimate business management system. Now the front end was taken care of by Minfos, it was time to work on the back office and advanced accounting and reporting systems.
Early Days of Eagle Shared Services
Stephen Wragg and Darren reconnected in 2004 collaborating together to create Eagle Services and the Eagle platform (a.k.a. Eagle Cloud). Eagle Services served the needs of Professional Pharmacy Services (PPS) a Perth based Pharmacy Group. Over the years Eagle Services evolved from an internal department to a shared service centre, hence our name Eagle Shared Services. During 2018 Darren had the opportunity to bring Eagle Shared Services to a wider audience.
The transformation to an independent CPA Accounting practice has enhanced the value of our service offering. As a CPA practice and Shared Services provider we have a unique perspective and new approach to helping small to medium business.
