Our service model is delivered through the Eagle Web, a Cloud based platform using dashboards, reporting, document management and using data feeds from front line systems such as Point of Sale (POS).

What do I need?

To access our services you need internet access and a document scanner. We provide the software and install this remotely on your computers along with a few e-mail addresses to capture accounting and documents. Initial training is provided online and only takes an hour to get started.

Eagle is a multi-business platform that integrates with front office applications (E.g. POS, Practice Billing, Service Billing and Management) to provide fast and efficient back office results. Eagle is designed to streamline back office operations such as Payables, Receivables, Payroll, Cash Management, General Ledger and Advanced Reporting. The 3 Step Eagle Process

Step 1:
Listen and Understand

It all starts with a discussion about what you want and your expectations. We have a pre-meeting check list to focus on the important issues. However if you are not a fan of check lists an initial discussion is a good starting point.

Step 2:
Connect

Once we understand what you want, we connect with your business software and systems. This process usually takes less than an hour depending on your current software. Further we can use web based technologies to connect if you have old software installed on a PC. All you need is an internet connection.

Step 3:
Deliver

Once you are connected we focus on getting the work done to agreed deadlines.
You never have to worry about bookkeeping again. After a few months we’ll provide you with recommendations to improve management and financial reporting for your business needs. You choose if they add value or not.
