Finally we use a number of data mining tools to reduce data entry for a speedy transition form your current systems to the Eagle Enterprise Solution.

Interview and Evaluate

It all starts with a discussion about what you want and your expectations. We have a before meeting check list so we can be focus on the important issues.

Step 2:
Analysis and Planning

We prepare a project plan with transformation time frames from 2 – 6 weeks using your milestones and deadlines as a starting point.

Step 3:
Implement and Go Live

Once your are happy with the plan we manage set up and implementation from end to end. Our beta test preflight checklist make sure all systems are working before you go live, with additional resources are available if required.
